4. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of LILIT or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Specifically, any evidence of account sharing or unauthorized reselling of course content will result in permanent account deactivation without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LILIT, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes on the platform or by contacting you via email.
